Every time I come home, I don’t want to leave. I love Toronto. I love Mississauga.
Honestly, the past two weeks have been amazing and the girls have kept me sane. BBM! Long coffee meet ups, dressing up, (very) drunken nights, waffles, girl jams = love.
We’re living in our second decade now, girls. Cheers to an amazing year ahead of us. New-age girls… that’s what’s up! :)
I’ve realized quite a bit since I’ve been back.
To sum it up… fuck expectations. Disregard expectations that others set for you. The only expectations you should live up to are the ones that you set for yourself - those are the ones that matter most. More on that later, maybe.
Back to school.
School starts a week later than most but that’s going to force me to work on all this wonderful publication crap (oxymoron, I figured). There’s this love-hate relationship going on. Can’t help it. Deadlines = deatthhhhhhhhh.
January will be a ridiculous month, so let’s just keep our fingers crossed that I’ll survive this one. After that, it’s smooth sailing… well, it’s all relative.

Lists make me crazy even before I start crossing things off.
The (future) housemates and I are heading back on the Saturday before school starts so we can get our life together/beat the traffic. Grocery shopping, text book purchasing (ewwww…), room cleaning etc. It’ll be great times!
Now before I leave, there’s a few things that I still have to get done.
A million dates, more shopping (VISA… enough said), and work.
